Refund Policy

EvoPro primarily provides digital products and/or custom work. Refund eligibility depends on the situation and what has been delivered. This policy is intended to be clear and fair.

Before work starts

If you purchased a service and work has not started, you can request cancellation. If approved, we’ll issue a refund minus any non‑refundable fees charged by payment processors (if applicable).

Custom services

Custom work is time‑based. Once work has started, refunds are generally not available. If there’s an issue within the agreed scope, we’ll make reasonable efforts to correct it (for example, by revising within scope or clarifying missing inputs).

  • If you submit incorrect or incomplete information, we may request corrections before proceeding.
  • If the requested outcome is not achievable due to vehicle condition or constraints, we’ll communicate options where possible.

Digital products and license keys

Digital downloads and license keys are typically non‑refundable once delivered, accessed, or activated, except where required by law. If a product is defective (e.g., the download is broken or a key fails due to our issue), we’ll work to fix or replace it.

Duplicate charges or billing errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us as soon as possible and include your transaction details. We’ll investigate and correct confirmed errors.

How to request help or a refund review

Use the Contact page and include:

  • Email used for purchase
  • Order ID / transaction ID
  • What you purchased
  • A short description of the issue
